Crystal Tower 1106 has updated LVP flooring throughout and beachy modern decor. The living room is spacious with a couch and 2 comfortable chairs to relax and spend family time playing games or gaze out to the Gulf of Mexico. All bedrooms have updated ceiling fans, comfortable bedding, and TVs. The couch pulls out to a full bed to sleep a maximum of 6 guests. All bed linens and bath towels are provided. There are also beach towels for guest use. Your welcome packet will include a roll of toilet paper, makeup wipes, and a bar of soap for each bathroom. The kitchen will have a dish towel, sponge, dish soap and one packet of dishwasher and laundry detergent. There will be a trash bag for each bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with items you will need for cooking, should you choose to eat in after a long day at the beach! All of the dishes and glassware are updated. The kitchen has all full size stainless steel appliances, and there is a pantry for storage of your food items. There is seating for 6 to eat, with 4 at the dining table and 2 at the nearby peninsula. The 2 full bathrooms both have a spacious vanity and tub/shower combinations. There is a full size washer and dryer for guest use. The amenities and views at Crystal Tower are top notch! As you enter the condo from the breezeway and from the second bedroom you will enjoy the views of Little Lagoon. As soon as you enter the condo you will see the sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico. Crystal Tower has three pools - one indoor pool, a condo side pool with hot tub, and a Gulf side pool with a hot tub and a lazy river. An air conditioned sky walk provides guest access to the Gulf side pool and beach. There is also a sauna and a fully equipped gym with treadmills, bikes, an elliptical, free weights, and weight machines. Your stay includes wrist bands that allow access to all amenities at Crystal Tower. Crystal Tower allows a maximum of 2 vehicles per condo. The parking fee will be collected directly by the condominium association upon your arrival at the complex. Payment is by card only, cash is not accepted. Rates are as follows, per vehicle: Days 1-3, $20 per day. Days 4-7, no additional charge. Day 8 and following, $5 per day. Maximum fee in November, December, January, February and March is $60 Crystal Tower is located just over a mile from the Hangout, and within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. For quieter days, walk the neighborhood and trails along Little Lagoon, or take a short car ride and explore nearby Gulf State Park.
